### PUMPKIN MULTIPLES

Play this game ‘Pumpkin Multiples’ to practise your times tables facts in a fun way.

### PAC-MATHS

This version of Pac-Man will help you remember your number facts. You need to use your arrow keys to move the pacman around the board, until he eats a question mark (?). A question will appear and then you need to chase the ghost with the correct answer. I played this for AGES. It’s addictive!

I always have trouble teaching subtraction when there’s a zero! The squaring off strategy was great, I think I will have to try it with my grade and see what they think 🙂

My grade 3/4s and I absolutely love this strategy. We use it all the time now, and it’s really cleared up that tricky business of subtracting across zeros! Let us know what your class thinks, Mrs. Belej…perhaps they could even write their own comments on our blog.
